Earl Carr is graduating from Washtenaw Christian Academy with high honors. He was the captain of the varsity basketball team and has been a member of both the varsity soccer and baseball teams. He is the president of the senior class and the president of the National Beta Club. Earl is a leader of the praise band and has been involved in small group studies and the retreat planning committee. His current GPA is 4.12 and will be graduating as valedictorian.
Earl will attend Alma College in the fall where he plans to pursue a degree in Computer Science. He has received the Trustee Honors Scholarship, Scholar Summit Award, Religious Leadership scholarship, a legacy award, and the Robert D. Swanson scholarship. He has also been accepted to the Alma College choirs and given a vocal performance scholarship. His dream is to use his Computer Science degree to design innovative software of his own.
