Rachel Lloyd will graduate as Valedictorian from Macomb Christian Schools. She has received the Academic Highest Honors Award for four years, the SWE Madame Curie Award for Mathematics and Sciences, and various other academic awards. Rachel played varsity soccer for three years and varsity softball for two years where she acted as captain for one. She was awarded the Perseverance Award for soccer and the Most-Improved Award for softball. She has been very involved in her student body as Class Council President and Student Council Treasurer and Secretary. Rachel loves art. She student taught a project and received the award for Excellence in Overall Composition in Drawing and Clay. She is a leader in theater and has been involved in eight plays along with various skits. She received the prestigious Stagecraft Award. Rachel also works with children through her church as a Children’s Ministry teacher. Beyond high school, Rachel will attend Oakland University to study theater and photography. She hopes to one day have a small art gallery of her own and possibly direct and teach theater to students. Rachel also hopes to marry and have a family of her own.
