Justine Bateman will graduate as valedictorian of her class at Clarenceville High School. She spent her years in high school getting involved in Student Congress and served as treasurer of her National Honor Society. Justine was also the president of her school’s Business Professionals of America chapter, placing in both the regional and state level competitions, and qualifying to compete at the national competition later this May. She is currently the captain of the varsity softball team at Clarenceville, a family she’s been proud to be a part of for the past 4 years. Justine also enjoyed playing volleyball and being in the school marching band. A talented musician, she has been the principal chair flute player for all 4 years of high school and treasured playing in the pit orchestra for the school musicals.
Justine will be attending St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota to study Biology and take courses for Pre-Med. She hopes to attend the University of Michigan medical school and eventually work at the C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital when she grows up. It is her dream to create a non-profit organization that travels the world and provides medical treatment in third-world countries.
