Rachel Trombley will be graduating from John Glenn High School as one of the top in her class. During her four years there, she was a clarinet player in her school’s marching band and her senior year she was given the title of section leader. Rachel was also a National Honor Society member and a mentor for freshmen. While she wasn’t in school, she enjoyed volunteering her time at the Michigan Humane Society to either walk the dogs or organize play groups for them.
Rachel will be attending Oakland University in the fall where she plans to major in biochemistry. After her undergraduate studies, she hopes to transfer to Michigan State’s College of Veterinary Medicine where she will earn her doctorate degree and achieve her lifelong goal of becoming a veterinarian.
